On the day of the trial, a coordinator will be with the tutor at your home to answer any questions you have and help you select the right tutor for your child afterward.

If you use the service three times a week or less, we will assign the same homeschool tutor for each session. For more frequent sessions, you may have two or three different tutors depending on availability.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate urgent requests, session extensions, and stay-over session, depending on the homeschool tutor’s availability. While we cannot guarantee availability at all times, we will respond promptly and make every effort to meet your needs wherever possible.

For safety reasons, homeschool tutors are not able to cook meals during sessions. We kindly ask that meals be prepared in advance. Tutors can warm your child’s food in the microwave and serve it on dishes. Please note that meals for the tutor are not required.

As administering medication is considered a medical procedure, our homeschool tutors generally do not provide this service. However, if it is essential for your child to take medication during a session, we may be able to accommodate the request with a completed medication authorisation form. Please note that our tutors are not permitted to administer suppositories.

For safety reasons, our homeschool tutors generally do not perform housekeeping tasks. However, when your child is in a safe and secure position, the tutor can assist with tidying up after playtime, serving prepared meals, and cleaning up after meals, including wiping up food spills and messes.

Before the service begins, our coordinator will get in touch to go over details, including your contact information for the day, your child’s daily routine, any areas in your home that are off-limits, and instructions for handling visitors in your absence. On the day of the first session, the homeschool tutor will visit your home to meet you and receive a handover.

Our native or bilingual homeschool tutors engage children through play and educational activities conducted entirely in English.

Our homeschool tutor will contact you immediately and follow your instructions, including taking your child to the hospital if necessary. If we are unable to reach you, we will get in touch with the emergency contacts you have provided.

To start using our service, please complete the sign-up process at least five calendar days before your preferred start date.

If you need to cancel a session, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. You can reach us through our app, website, or via WhatsApp at xx xxxx xxxx. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered last-minute, and a cancellation fee may apply.
