Each group follows activities designed to support physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

What are your operating hours?

Do you follow the baby’s individual schedule?

Yes. We understand that every baby has a different routine.

We work closely with parents to follow each baby’s feeding, sleeping, and activity schedule, especially for younger infants.

We ensure:
 • Daily cleaning and sanitization of toys and surfaces
 • Strict handwashing practices

How are the meals handled?

For safety reasons, homeschool tutors are not able to cook meals during sessions. We kindly ask that meals be prepared in advance. Tutors can warm your child’s food in the microwave and serve it on dishes. Please note that meals for the tutor are not required.

How do you communicate with parents?

What should parents bring for their baby?

 • Breast Milk or formula milk
 • Bottles
 • Diapers and wipes
 • Extra clothes
 • Comfort items (if needed)

Question 10

What happens if my child is unwell or gets injured?

Your child’s health and safety are our highest priorities.

If your baby shows signs of illness during the day (such as fever, vomiting, or unusual discomfort), our babysitters will monitor the child closely and inform parents immediately. Parents may be asked to pick up their child so they can rest and recover at home.

For minor injuries (such as small bumps or scratches), our trained caregivers will:

• Provide immediate first aid
 • Comfort and monitor the child
 • Inform parents about what happened

For more serious situations, we will:

1. Provide immediate first aid
2. Contact parents or emergency contacts right away
3. Seek medical attention if necessary

All incidents are documented and communicated transparently to parents.

Our team is trained to maintain a safe, attentive, and caring environment so that children are always well looked after.

Question 11

Can the babysitter or centre staff administer medication to my child?

As administering medication is considered a medical procedure, our babysitters / centre staff generally do not provide this service. However, if it is essential for your child to take medication during the session, we may be able to accommodate the request with a completed medication authorisation form. Please note that our staff are not permitted to administer suppositories.

Can parents visit the centre?

Yes. We encourage parents to visit the centre before enrollment to understand our environment and meet the caregivers.

Visits are usually arranged by appointment to ensure minimal disruption to the babies' routine.

How do I enroll my baby?

Enrollment usually involves:

1. Scheduling a visit or tour
2. Completing the registration form
3. Submitting required documents
4. Confirming placement with the registration fee

Spaces are limited to maintain small group sizes.

How do I make a payment?

Accepted Answer

Parents can conveniently view their invoices through the LittleLives parent app.

Once the invoice is available, payments can be made using the following methods:

Bank Transfer
Parents may transfer the payment to the centre’s bank account. Please indicate your child’s name in the transfer reference to help us identify the payment.

Cash Payment
Cash payments can be made directly at the centre. Kindly inform the staff when making a payment so a receipt can be issued.

Invoices and payment records can always be checked through the LittleLives app for easy tracking and reference.
